Diane is the President and CEO of NAWBO®. In this role, she leads an organization with 7,000 members and is responsible for the strategic direction and vision for the future of this organization.

She is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of creating well-targeted strategies that achieve business objectives. Prior to joining NAWBO®, she ran a successful public affairs and strategic communications firm that she founded in 2003.

Diane also served in senior roles in the federal government, non-profit and private sectors. In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University.

Currently, she serves on the board of Foundation SCA, an international development organization focused on women and girls. She also serves on the advisory board of the Terwilliger Center for workforce housing at the Urban Land Institute.
