Deborah Stallings is a certified Professional in Human Resources and has more than two decades of experience providing human resources management and professional services to government, non-profit and private industry clients.

Ms. Stallings is owner and president of HR Anew, a multi-million dollar  certified human resource consulting firm, and her expertise includes recruitment and retention strategies, training facilitation, human resource management, manager and employee relations, compensation and enefits administration, career counseling, employment records anagement, employee surveys and exit interview studies.

The Columbia company she created was honored as a 2008 and 2006 Maryland Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise and its client list includes NASA, the Maryland Transportation Authority, the National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of Health, the Federal Election Commission, Strayer Education, Arbitron, Doctors Community Hospital, and several other government, corporate, and non-profit entities.
